 Hyaluronic acid, a key component in our formula, was initially discovered in the vitreous humor of the eye. Its viscosity ensures the cohesion of connective cells and determines the permeability of connective tissue. In combination with mucopolysaccharides, it forms the fundamental substance of the epidermis. We have chosen a hyaluronic acid obtained through the fermentation of a lactic acid bacterium using a renewable plant-based substrate. This bacterium was specifically selected for the production process and is not genetically modified. Control of the physicochemical parameters allows us to achieve optimal quality and very high purity hyaluronic acid. This production process, which complies with Ecocert's specifications, is Ecocert-approved for cosmetic use.
