Don't forget to ventilate your rooms, living areas, and bedrooms sufficiently. Natural ventilation is achieved by opening windows or other openings that lead directly to the outside. Opening your windows wide for 5 to 10 minutes every day is the most effective way to adequately refresh the air in your rooms without cooling the house. This way, the air is quickly renewed, and the walls and furniture don't have time to cool down.
